Jennifer Lemaitre is an educator, reading expert and tutor business coach.  She’s had the luxury of helping dozens of educators improve their “teacher finesse” and has led workshops on effective pedagogy & classroom management. However, after almost 10 years in education, she found herself without a job. Her response was to utilize her skill sets and start tutoring to make ends meet. When she fine tuned her business structure and began promoting on social media, she grew her business to making consistent 4 figure months and having such a high demand that GEM Tutoring had to turn away clients.   After seeing the success of her tutoring business, she empathizes with educators who feel they have to choose between their passion for education and making a decent living. Now, she teaches her fellow educators how to triumph as tutors, serve more students and profit on purpose!
