Happy New Year! Today I am chatting through my goal planning strategy I use when entering every New Year! I create a comprehensive business plan every year to really organize my business mind and goals heading into a new year. This business plan is not only focused around setting goals, but also focused around actionable steps to take in business throughout the year. Whether that means updating processes, pivoting into different areas of business, or testing out new products, ALL of my ideas and plans for the new year are written down in this plan!
