Hi loves! On today’s episode I am chatting with my husband Joey all about his roles and responsibilities in Details and Swirls! I would not be able to run my business without the help of my family and friends, and their work does not go unnoticed!

Joey takes on many different tasks within the business and I am so grateful for all he does!

Wedding Deliveries: Joey assists me on almost every wedding rental delivery I have. Rental deliveries are a two person job for both set up and breakdown, so most often Joey and I are the two people managing the deliveries!

Wood Preparation: Joey has taken on the bulk of the wood preparation process. He does our initial bulk cut of all of our wooden pieces (My grandpa is then give the smaller cuts to complete). Joey also sands the majority of our wood and has taken on a more labor intensive approach to the wood preparation process. I do not go into too much detail on how we prepare our wood, but let’s just say it is VERY labor intensive and Joey has helped tremendously with the process!

Supplies: Joey keeps up on our inventory levels and will let me know when we need to order new supplies for packaging and wood preparation.

Cheerleader: Joey has been my biggest cheerleader since day one! No matter how big the goal, or how crazy the dream, he always stands by me 100% with no hesitations!
