Today we are chatting through the dreaded topic of negative customer interactions and customer complaints! 

Whether you are new to running your business, or have been running your business for years, negative customer interactions are something we unfortunately will never be able to avoid. Today I am sharing some of my negative customer experiences, and my best tips for dealing with all types of negativity when it comes to customer service!
